Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026

Pacerelle is designed for private remote access to local AI agents. This policy explains what we collect, what we cannot see, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Controller and contact

The service is operated by Pacerelle SAS, Paris, France. Privacy requests can be sent to legal@pacerelle.com.

2. End-to-end encryption

Messages, widget responses, and supported attachments are encrypted on your devices before transmission. Pacerelle's relay stores and routes ciphertext; it does not hold the private keys required to decrypt conversation content.

3. Data we process

  • Account data: email, display name, password hash, and verification state.
  • Agent metadata: agent identifiers, public keys, connection state, and token records.
  • Encrypted content: message vault records and encrypted blobs needed for sync.
  • Operational metadata: security logs, delivery logs, and abuse-prevention signals.

4. Retention and deletion

Encrypted blobs expire automatically. You can delete your account from settings; this removes the account, agents, conversations, encrypted messages, devices, sessions, and linked blobs, subject to short-lived infrastructure backups.

5. Processors

Depending on deployment, Pacerelle may use Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare R2, Resend, and Plausible to provide hosting, storage, transactional email, and privacy-friendly analytics.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, export, restriction, or deletion of your data. EU users may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority, including CNIL in France.
