GOOD TO KNOW
Yes. Pacerelle controls your agentic application independently of the model it uses: Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek or an open-source model. The application must connect to Pacerelle through an MCP-compatible host or the JavaScript and Python SDKs. Available actions depend on what your application exposes.
Pacerelle connects your devices to your own agents. Connect an agent running on your computer or infrastructure using the JavaScript SDK, Python SDK or MCP bridge.
No. Your agent establishes an outbound connection to Pacerelle. You do not need to open an inbound port on your network to connect it.
Messages and widget responses are encrypted end to end. The relay carries and stores encrypted content; metadata required to operate the service is still processed.
Yes. Sign in on the web or mobile app to retrieve your encrypted history. Recovery depends on the backups and keys available.
Your data is encrypted with a key protected by your password, which we never know. You regain access to your account by email, but it starts again from scratch: conversations, agents and groups are deleted, and nobody can recover them. Changing your password from the settings keeps everything.
Pacerelle is in public beta and access is free during this period. You remain responsible for running your agents and any services they use.
