Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Pacerelle, its encrypted relay, web app, SDKs, and local agent tooling. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

1. Service

Pacerelle provides an outbound WebSocket relay that lets a user exchange encrypted messages, files, and widgets with AI agents running on their own machines or infrastructure.

2. Local security responsibility

Pacerelle is zero-knowledge for message content. You are responsible for protecting your password, local devices, agent tokens, and any downstream tools your agents can access.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Pacerelle to operate malware, spyware, botnets, or abusive automation.
Do not attack, overload, scan, or attempt to bypass the relay or other users.
Do not upload content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Availability

The service is provided as available. Maintenance, provider incidents, and beta-stage changes may temporarily affect access.

5. Account deletion

You may delete your account from settings. Deletion removes account resources and encrypted data associated with the account, subject to temporary backups.
